The best time to do work around the pool is when it’s not seeing a lot of action. That means during the winter. Resurfacing can spice up a boring pool deck without the hassle of tearing out the old concrete and pouring new. Resurfacing with us can help you add color or create the look of natural stone around your swimmin’ hole, the possibilities are endless!

Perhaps when you first built your pool, you didn’t see any reason to use anything other than plain concrete slabs for the deck. Even if you don’t think that way now, we’re here to tell you that you don’t need to rip up your entire pool deck to get the look you want. We can turn your old concrete slabs into beautiful stone and brick patios using our stamps, stencils, and stains. We can even create the look of tile, in any color, transforming your backyard pool into a “stay-cation” ready resort!  We’ll also take care of the various vertically facing concrete surfaces around your pool.

If your pool deck is starting to crack, then it’s definitely time to call us. Not only are those cracks unsightly, they could pose a serious threat to your family’s poolside safety. Somebody could trip on them, falling onto the hard ground or into the pool. Speaking of safety, there are few places where the texture of concrete is as vital to one’s safety as it is around a pool! If you’re pool deck is too smooth, it could be slippery, especially when it gets wet. We have lots of different textures and finishes to protect your pool deck and your family.

Our versatile resurfacing products can be sprayed on or trowel applied to most sound concrete surfaces, even if they’re a few decades old or oddly shaped. You can add color, texture and slip resistance with an overlay then add stamps or stencils to achieve pretty patterns and designs. Today’s overlay products blend polymer resins with cement, sand and other additives to improve performance, slip resistance, aesthetic qualities and bonding to existing concrete. Many systems also resist damage from salt, pool chemicals such as chlorine, UV exposure, freeze-thaw conditions and abrasion.
