Excludes: Site Preparation (Site be received at +/- 0.1’), caliche removal, concrete pumping, trenching, backfill, barricades, surveying & engineering, testing, reinforcing steel, fiber mesh, welded wire mesh, plastic, masonry & masonry footings, anchors, embedded items, retaining walls, caulking, site furnishings, handrails & ironwork, slate/tile, utilities, landscape & irrigation, faux lawn, stucco, signage, waterproofing, stonework, drain rock, landscape rock, filter fabric, turndowns, overtime, alkaline stains, alkaline leaching, permits & fees.
Customer recognizes the inherent nature of cracking in concrete. Any crack larger than 3/32” (the approximate thickness of a dime) will be repaired or replaced by ArtCon, Inc. for the period of one years from the date of installation, provided all expansion, control, or saw cut joints are installed and maintained per recommendations of the installer and industry standards.
All workmanship is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation, provided all installation and maintenance recommendations follow installer and industry standards. Claims for defective work must be made, in writing, within 30 days of detection of defective workmanship, for consideration.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Final payment may not be withheld on outstanding warranty issues.
